Chiros in Motion is a sports chiropractic clinic specialized in therapeutic exercise, soft tissue work, and chiropractic adjustments. Our providers evaluate movement patterns, muscle imbalances, muscle tightness, and joint restrictions to determine what is contributing to your pain. Chiropractic adjustments or soft tissue work is used to decrease pain and therapeutic exercise is used to decrease the likelihood of re-injury. We are an evidence-based team that consists of two doctors, Dr. Emma Scaro and Dr. Jay White, who are both previous collegiate athletes and certified sports chiropractors. We treat extremity and spinal pain and help to improve sports performance.
