Dr. Emma Scaro is a former Division I and professional soccer player who now helps athletes stay healthy, move well, and perform at their best. Her work focuses on injury prevention, movement quality, recovery strategies, and fueling habits that support long-term performance.

Emma works with athletes through individualized consultations, helping them understand how factors like training load, movement patterns, sleep, hydration, and lifestyle habits influence performance and injury risk. Her approach emphasizes education and practical strategies that athletes can apply both in training and in competition.

A former NCAA athlete with a Master’s in Sport Psychology, he uses evidence-based tools like self-talk, goal setting, and mindfulness to help athletes stay consistent and compete at their best.
