Virtual Coaching for Athletes

Doing well? Keep building.

1:1 coaching that helps you build strength, perform better, and know what to focus on as your season changes.

100% virtual • Individualized programming • 1:1 guidance • Accountability

Coaching may be a good fit if…

You worked hard to get back to sport.

Keep building the strength, movement, and habits you worked hard to regain.

You’re back, but unsure what comes next

Understand what to prioritize now and build stronger foundations for future seasons.

You have goals, but everything feels like a priority

What matters in the off-season may be different from what matters in-season. Coaching helps you adjust strength, recovery, mobility, fueling, and training priorities as your workload and season change.

For Parents: you want your athlete to understand the why

Connect sleep, fueling, recovery, and strength to what they actually care about: performance.

Coaching built
around the whole athlete.

A big part of coaching is helping you figure out what actually deserves your attention right now, what can stay in the background, and how to fit the important pieces into your real life.

Depending on your goals, coaching may include:

✔️ Strength + Exercise Programming
Individualized programming based on your goals, sport, training phase, schedule, and available equipment.

✔️ Movement + Mobility
Improve the movement, control, and mobility your sport needs.

✔️ Recovery + Training Balance
Know when to push, maintain, or prioritize recovery.

✔️ Fueling + Hydration Habits
Build simple habits that support training and recovery.

✔️ Sleep + Lifestyle
Create routines that fit your real schedule and workload.

✔️ Education + Accountability
Understand what matters, what to focus on, and have support staying consistent.

The goal is not to add another list of things you “should” be doing.

You do not need to train perfectly, eat perfectly, sleep perfectly, or hit every goal every week.

You need a plan that helps you make good decisions consistently and adjust when life, training, or your season changes.

Your priorities should change when your season does.

An athlete in the middle of a competitive season should not necessarily train the same way they do in the off-season.

Your goals, workload, practices, games, travel, and recovery demands all change.

Your plan should change with them.

✔️ An off-season may be a great time to build strength and capacity.

✔️ A heavy competition period may shift the focus toward maintaining strength, recovering well, sleeping enough, and staying fueled.

✔️ A transition period may call for something completely different.

Part of coaching is stepping back and asking:

What are we trying to accomplish during this phase?

Then we build around that.

Coaching from someone who understands sport.

I’m Emma Scaro.

My background includes competing as a Division I and overseas soccer player, coaching from youth through the collegiate level, strength and injury-prevention work, and years working in sports medicine.

I understand motivated athletes.

I also understand how easy it is to assume that more training must be better.

My goal as your coach is to help you build a plan that supports where you want to go without losing sight of recovery, balance, and long-term health.

Coming from Chiros in Motion?

Rehab got you back. Coaching helps you keep what you built.

Chiros in Motion:
Something is wrong. Help me understand it and get back.

In Motion Wellness:
I worked hard to get here. Help me keep building, make good decisions, and stay accountable.

If you worked with CIM through an injury, you probably learned a lot about your movement, strength, training, recovery, and the factors that may have contributed to the problem.

That information doesn’t stop being useful once your pain is gone.

In Motion Wellness gives us a place to take what you learned during rehab and turn it into a long-term plan for strength, performance, healthy habits, and consistency.

You do not need to be a Chiros in Motion patient to join.
