Let’s be real: pricing can feel confusing. One place charges $45, another charges $180+ and no one explains why.
This page gives you a transparent look at how pricing works in our industry, what actually drives cost, and where we stand at Chiros in Motion. It’s about helping you understand what you’re paying for and why it matters.
🔺 What Drives Cost Up in the Chiropractic & Rehab Industry?
Some clinics charge more, but not always for the reason you think. Costs tend to go up when:
- Appointment times are longer, more time = more thorough care
- You work 1-on-1 with a provider (not an assistant or tech)
- Your care includes multiple layers: adjustments, muscle work, rehab, Class IV laser, fueling education, recovery tools, and more
- The providers have advanced certifications (like DACBSP or CNS)
- You receive a custom plan, not just a standard protocol
- You’re educated along the way so you can graduate from care and stay healthy on your own
🧠 Note on Profitability: Clinics like ours that offer longer, personalized visits typically make less per hour than high-volume offices. We intentionally prioritize quality over quantity — even if that means we see fewer patients per day. We also want you to get better and graduate from care, which lowers our long-term income, but aligns with our values.
🔻 What Brings Cost Down?
Lower prices usually come from cutting time or complexity. That doesn’t always mean low quality, but it does mean less individualized care.
Examples include:
- 5–10 min visits focused only on adjustments
- Seeing a provider for just one piece of your care (e.g. adjustment only, or rehab only)
- No rehab or performance focus: often used for short-term symptom relief
- Less specialization or general providers without sports education
Some clinics make care more affordable by:
- Offering free consultations before you commit
- Providing basic rehab plans or group sessions
- Keeping overhead low with minimal equipment or staff
💸 Why Are Some Clinics More Expensive?
These clinics may:
- Offer fully integrated care (adjustment, muscle work, laser, fueling, rehab, return-to-play plans)
- Employ specialists in sports medicine or functional nutrition
- Use premium tools and technologies like Class IV Laser and blood spot testing
- Prioritize 1:1 care and long-term outcomes instead of short, frequent visits
For athletes, active individuals, or those with complex injuries, this added cost often reflects a deeper level of care and results.
🪙 Why Are Some Clinics So Cheap?
Lower prices often reflect a stripped-down model:
- Quick, adjustment-only visits with minimal follow-up
- No rehab, performance work, or recovery strategies included
- Less provider time and no custom planning
- Fewer tools, therapies, or assessments
- Limited education — often keeping the patient reliant on care rather than building long-term independence
📍Where Does Chiros in Motion Fall?
We’re in the middle to upper-middle range, and that’s by design.
We don’t believe in being the cheapest or the most expensive. We believe in providing the right level of care for people who are ready to move better, feel better, and understand their body.
Our prices reflect:
✅ Longer sessions
✅ Full 1-on-1 provider time
✅ Custom plans based on your goals
✅ Access to rehab, laser, muscle work, and fueling support, in one place
✅ Education that puts you in control of your own progress
📦 Understanding Industry Packaging
You might see different formats out there:
- Membership models (great for quick tune-ups, but not always tailored)
- Unlimited care models (low price, high volume, often adjustment-only)
- Fee-for-service (transparent and flexible)
- Bundles & packages (savings when you commit to your recovery)
✅ At Chiros in Motion, we offer a 6-visit package at 10% off, for athletes and patients looking to invest in their recovery without breaking the bank.
We also structure care by time , not per service. That means you’re not charged extra for every therapy. If it fits your plan and time slot, we use it (some exceptions apply such as laser therapy).
🔄 Lifetime Cost vs. Initial Price
Sometimes, cheap care turns into the most expensive route:
- Recurring pain
- Repeated visits
- No progress
- Missed seasons or surgeries
Paying more up front for quality, comprehensive care often means:
- Fewer visits overall
- Better, faster outcomes
- Confidence in your plan
- Less long-term cost and frustration
💳 What About Payment Options?
We offer:
- Free phone consults to see if we’re the right fit
- 6-pack visit bundles at 10% off
- HSA/FSA eligibility for most services
- Laser Therapy bundles
- Transparent pricing by time: no hidden fees

❓Pricing FAQs
Do you take insurance?
We’re a direct-pay clinic. We provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement and accept HSA/FSA.
Do I have to commit to a package?
No. Most patients start visit-by-visit. Packages are available but never required.
What’s included in a visit?
Everything your provider deems necessary for that time slot — including adjustments, rehab, muscle work, laser, and recovery tools.
Do you try to keep people coming forever?
Not at all. Our goal is to get you better and teach you how to stay better. We believe in graduating you from care, not creating dependency.
We built Chiros in Motion to offer a level of care that goes beyond the quick-fix model. We believe in longer visits, real relationships, and treatment that actually helps you understand your body, not just mask symptoms. Our pricing reflects that commitment.
Whether you’re dealing with a new injury, ongoing pain, or looking to optimize performance, we’re here to guide you, clearly, honestly, and with a plan that puts you back in control.
